Restore my subscription
On a new iPhone or after reinstalling: open Keygel → Settings → Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID.
Cancel my subscription
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Keygel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.
Free trial
If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
I don't receive the reminder
Check Keygel → Settings → Daily reminder, then iOS Settings → Notifications → Keygel.
I don't feel the vibrations
Check Keygel → Settings → Haptic cues, and that vibrations are enabled in iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics.
Reset my progress
Keygel → Settings → Reset my progress. Your sessions and streak will be deleted from this iPhone.
